ABC UPDATE - 2015-03-13
Well, after restarting twice, it looks like me and Alphie are finally going to complete week one LOL
We finished our 400 day today. 100 tomorrow. I'm going to have to plan really well. That's okay, I can do it. I'm good at making a little feel like a lot.
I got a new rice bowl specifically for that. It's so small, and I can fill it full without much calories. That, combined with making myself eat with chopsticks has helped me eat much slower.
I hope this keeps up!

Day one has been successful!
I managed to stay under 500cal and not puke my guts up. I've been sick since Wednesday and it's literally hell good lord.

Update - 2015-02-19
I've decided to try combining the first 32 days of the ABC diet with our no carb + high protein diet. It can't hurt right? I'm excited to start. Me and Alphie are starting it on Monday the 23rd. I will keep you guys updated on it, don't worry!
I've lost 9lbs in 4 days with this diet, by the way.
